NEW ZEALAND WONDERS

Here’s yet another stunning capture from Jesse Summers. The colors in this image are amazing and almost otherworldly in their appearance.  The great Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC), a satellite galaxy to our own Milky Way shines like a spider on the wall of the universe and living up to the name of its most prevalent feature, the Tarantula Nebula.  The Milky Way itself is seen here cutting across the night sky and reflecting it’s majesty on the still waters below.

This image was captured in New Zealand at Franz Josef near a Department Of Conservation (DOC) campsite. Awesome job as always Jesse!
