BECOME YOUR DREAMS

This image was captured by one of the most well-known night sky photographers in the business; Dave Morrow. The almost fantasy-like aura of this image is amazing. The spire that is the Milky Way galaxy almost seems to rise like a serpent from the ocean as the morning fog begins to roll into the coastline attempting to obscure our view. The jagged coastline of the foreground and faint airglow to the right of the image just create a picture perfect finishing touch.

Although it seems like this image was captured in some far away land, it was actually shot here in the United States in Olympic National Park, Washington. This is yet another location that is etched onto my bucket list but if you choose to go, give yourself at least a couple days to explore as you will be surprised as to just how large it is.

Congratulations to Dave on yet another amazing image and please check out more of his work because you will not be disappointed. Anything you need from night sky images to day images to tutorials, he has it all.
